Golf Classic Date: May 16, 2008

General Information

• Location - Sugar Tree Golf Club, Dennis, Texas
• Entry Fee - $75.00/player - includes lunch, green fee, range balls, goodie bag and cart.
• Format - Four-Person Florida Scramble
• Mulligan - $5.00 each (limit 2 per person)
• Putting Shoot-Out - $5.00 per person
• Awards will be presented for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and DAL place.
• All players will be eligible for door prizes.
• Entry fees and contributions to the golf classic are tax deductible, as permissible by law.
• Deadline for entering is May 9, 2008.
• Limited to 144 players. Entries received after the field is full will be kept on a waiting list.
